Meet the Staff

Stacy’s career started in a small local agency, where she quickly developed a deep appreciation for the meaningful role insurance plays in people’s lives. Her passion for the industry came so naturally that her mother even took her out of school on her 18th birthday so she could take her very first insurance license exam—a memory that perfectly captures just how early this calling began.

Motivated to grow in the field, Stacy attended the University of Northern Iowa in Cedar Falls, graduating in just three years with a degree in Finance and Real Estate. While still in college, she worked as an Investments Account Manager and earned her securities licenses, including Series 7, 63, and 65.

After graduation, Stacy continued to build her expertise as a stock broker working for a national investments and insurance firm. In 2007, she moved to Keokuk County and spent nearly a decade serving local clients across personal lines, commercial lines, life, and health benefits.

In 2016, she joined a national agricultural insurance agency as an insurance broker specializing in commercial agriculture property and casualty insurance, as well as risk management for clients across the Midwest. When her employer was sold in 2020, Stacy seized the opportunity to create something of her own. That vision became The Legacy Insurance Group.

Gabriella graduated from Sigourney High School, where she developed a strong foundation in leadership, community involvement, and a passion for business. Currently, she is pursuing her degree in Business Administration with a focus on Marketing Management at Kirkwood Community College, where she is working toward her career in real estate.

Throughout her time in school, Gabriella dedicated herself to excellence, being an active member of the National Honor Society, FFA, and proudly serving as the Student Council President. These experiences have shaped her values of integrity, leadership, and hard work, which she carries into every project she pursues.

Gabriella works as an assistant to Stacy, where she provides administrative support and assists with managing client inquiries and processing insurance claims. Through this role, she has gained valuable experience in the insurance industry, strengthening her customer service, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
